Read the book "Speed Trap" by Charlie Francis ( coach of Ben Johnson) to get real truth on this.
The US team had their samples dumped and never were tested.

You could say Hooks was jacked in 1984 also.  It's pretty obvious FloJo strength was the 2nd leg of races.  That being said, I'm going with everyone was jacked.  All bodybuilders do drugs but they still have to train.
