This is a serious threat of bodily harm or death by a large violent man.  If that guy decides to take a swing at someone they could get seriously fucked up.  Plus you don't know if this guy has a gun or a knife.  He's in a hysterical rage.  I think the people that this guy is attempting to bully and intimidate should be well within their rights to shoot him in his empty head.  If this guy hasn't already committed any robberies, rapes, beatings  or murders it's just a matter of time.  Decent people (white or black) shouldn't have to put up with that shit.
