Is Joe the same guy as that Shizzo dude? That guy was pretty delusional too wasn’t he? Didn’t he post a terrible pic and state that he actually had a hint of abs?
I obviously don’t know the guy and I am not hacking on you Joe - but please explain to me what brings you to a site that’s BB themed? I don’t get that at all? I mean if you actually DO aspire to be in shape - why don’t you just do it? It’s SUPER easy to get and stay at least lean enough for all abs to be clear all of the time. Even if you have bad shape and / or difficulty building muscle - EVERYONE can be lean.
I know this kind of got off topic - and like I said it’s not meant to bash you. Just please explain if you can - I am genuinely curious.

I never claimed to be a Bodybuilder. Actually, one late Uncle was into heavy training, and he gave me a Flex Magazine, on the 90s.

And then, unfortunately, I got sort of hooked. But, I gotta say that I prefer Skateboarding.

I never met Shizzo, and wouldn't have a problem meeting the Guy.

I had abs growing up. Im not that fat. I mean 20-22% BF.
