It sounds like the infections could just be from poor hygiene. Not taking a shower after training is not a good idea regardless of what you are doing - but I would ESPECIALLY if you are working.
Don’t freak out - not being a dick. You may be very hygienic for all I know. I’m just hyper-hygienic. I saw staph while in USMC and it cost a buddy a few digits and almost part of an arm. Nasty ass stuff.
I had my first clients at 5am and was training ppl till 7 with 30min breaks here and there, then managed the gym (on my own . Only one on staff) till midnight. Then I have to go to Walmart cuz it's tge only place open to get groceries or.toilet paper or toothpaste lor whatever.. so I don't get home till after 1-1:30am, by then I'm exhausted so I just decided to.shower In the morning. Not to mention I didn't realize how badly my shins were scrapped, and I was training clients (group) and didn't have time to run to a paper.towel dispenser and clean up my shins, even if I had.noticed how the looked.
... And it's a gym. Gyms are dirty and ppl get staph all the time. Not like I was an exception. Plus I hadn't noticed anything wrong for over a week. Typically I shower twice a day, if not 3 if I have time, since I'm.in the desert where it's 110°+ 4+months out of the year. Combine that with 3-4g test, plus Tren if I was on it, plus all the other stuff. We've had trainers who've stunk so bad I've had to write them up for hygiene complaints, last thing I'd ever want is to have a client smell anything on me other than laundry detergent,. deodorant, and cologne.
