to be honest I think if Eric was as well known and well respected as a coach he would have a list of clients before and after pics somewhere, how else do you attract clients if you dont have any advertising or word of mouth.
Has anyone ever vouched for him?
I saw his you tube channel, I dont understand why there are no videos on there of him working with clients, its just him moaning about poor care in hospital

I dropped a few of the things in this thread.

Nothing too earth shaking but 2 people that know ESF agree with me that he`s full of shit and they know him personally from his home town................they should know.

It's just crazy to hear all these stories from a guy who is a personal trainer, I have friends who are trainers and their lives are nowhere near as interesting as ESF'S.
