i also like to use the single arm rope for various push downs for real isolation and variety
the single arm rope makes a good beating tool  ;D

This is one of the best tricep movements you can do, unfortunately it's also the easiest most quickest way to injure your elbow.  When I first started lifting I quickly got up to using the 120lb dumbbell for this exercise (both hands at the same time). But tennis elbow set in and I had to switch movements. Now I rarely do anything other than work on the pullies for triceps, though on occasion I will go very light weight and do a couple sets of these seated dumbbell skull crushers (using only ~25lbs

that would really hurt. remember the gym scene in oz when the one prisoner kills another inmate with a dumbbell.

one arm overhead tricep extension I'll go up to 100lb dbs for 8 reps (10 if I'm having a super strong day)....done some reps with 110lb db also, but only once in awhile will I push it like that

Always felt awkward only done them a few times, favourite 4 tricep exercises are Close grip pause bench, lying bb extensions with a straight bar lowered to the top of head rather than the forehead/nose, pushdowns bringing the bar up past the forehead and lying dB extensions one arm at a time with hammer grip.

I have extremely strong arms (both now and in my prime, but they were stronger in my prime).

Best lifts:
Bench 485 x 3 (never tried a single rep max....as weird as that is)
Squat 600lbs max tried and did for 1
Hack Squat 800+lbs for reps
Leg Press approx 800+lbs for a few (machines I've used only held up to 18 plates and I never knew how much sled factored in)
Deadlift 500lbs for reps (never gone for max effort on deadlifts....they never felt right to me)
Bent Over Row 405 x 5
TBar Row 405 x 5
Db Row 150lbs for a few (most I've tried and had access to)
Military Press 325 for a few (typically done on a smith)
Db Lateral and Front Raises 90lb dbs for a few (confident I can do 100s still)
Db Bent Over Rear Lateral Raises  100lb dbs for a few
Db Curls (both standard and hammer) 120lb dbs for a few (that's max....normal workout I'll top out at anywhere from 75-100lb dbs)
Lying tricep extensions 275lbs for reps (confident I could've done 300lbs, but I'll never know for sure)
Close Grip Bench 350lbs for a few (usually done on a smith)
Calf Raises stack on every machine I've ever been on for reps
Seated Calf Raises 320-330lbs for a few
Toe Raises on Leg Press 1,000+ lbs for a few

These are all best I've done in my prime that I remember.  Can I do all of that today?  LOL no.  I train differently today (more sets and reps and squeezing and all that bb stuff).

In my prime, 50 lb dumbbells for a strict 6-8 reps.

Now, older and wiser, 15-20lbs tops for strict reps to failure.

i do them like this no more than 100 lbs though. i'm old.

I used to do them extremely heavy from age 15 to around 25 until .......

I did a set six reps with two 45 plates  ( 2 on each side) and have suffered from bursitis tendonitis ever since

is not necessary to go that heavy but I used to add half inch on tricep right after (while pumped )

in 30 years of training I have yet to see anyone doing it that heavy  .....
