Not a single compound movement. Not a single non-supported movement.

No no and no.  Stop that nonsense.

1) Close grip V-handled pull ups

2) T-bar rows. Uses 25's. Lots and lots of 25's

3) Seated low pulley rows. Use the stack.

4) Standing dumbbell shrugs. Run the dumbbell rack. Start at 50 pounds. Make 20 pound jumps.  Go to the absolute max your gym has... then run back down the rack.

Send me a postcard when you're famous.

My gym the dumbbells go up to 200lbs. I can't get them out of the rack for shrugs.

A valid reason not to run the rack sir. In that case

50's x 10
75''s x 10
100's x 10
125's x 10

And back down you come same rep count.  Straps mandatory.

I don’t need a compound movement.

I work out for fun and to stay healthy.

I’m not looking for a secret work out. I do those exercises because I like them.

There is nothing scientific about staying fit and healthy.

This.

Agreed. It’s a wasted exercise.
