It is excitement that you can cut with a knife at the office. Gay PRIDE Month is underway and its catching on with even the non-gays. The women I work with are sporting rainbow temporary tattoos, tights and hair ribbons.
The gays all planed a trip to Disney, bought all new speedo's and are looking forward to bonding with other gays.

A month before some of the Office Bears were ordering burgers, tacos and heavy calorie foods looking to "bulk up" for their month. All but one was dieting. This guy was doing the Dr. Phil Fat Flush Diet plan and getting nowhere. I told him to cut carbs totally but he couldn't do it. I caught him in the kitchen area drinking Carnation Mint creamer. He had hit a low and was embarrassed apparently for his lack of will power.

All of them have beards.

I don't think an entire month should be devoted to anyones sexual persuasion. I also don't like aggressive closet fags on getbig. Having said that I beat the shit out of a couple rednecks my freshman year of NC State who attacked my smaller friend calling him a Fag because he had 2 earrings. They didn't even know him and just jumped him for no reason. When he got back to the dorms I wasn't having it I went and found them. He may have actually been gay in retrospect. There is a difference gays are ok it's the closet fags like Krankenstein posting gay porn and Walter talking dirty that bother me. Guys like onemorerep who keep it to themselves don't bother me. Also I hate fucking bullies I beat the shit out of those rednecks I even put my hand through a glass chicken wire window to get to them when they ran.
