I don't have a moral judgement, but GAY sex essentially gave us AIDS and changed our entire culture. Guys like Gaetan Dugas, or patient zero, a flight attendant in the late 70s, fucked every guy in sight all over the country and spread this, along with the gay bathhouses and all that shit. A man who had never had sex with another man was NOT going to spread AIDS unless he fucked a woman who had sex with a closet gay/bi guy(intravenous drug use is a fringe exception).
The late 70s and the pill brought us sexual liberation, where men and women could have fun. Bodybuilders in L.A. used to train at Golds then go to hotspots and discos in Marina del Rey and other areas and hook up with horny women who wanted to have fun too. They also used to strip at Chippendales for horny women as a side hustle and hook up. It was FUN. Something sorely missing in today's society.
Now our behavior is "modified" to prevent covid, but gay behavior in the beginning of this AIDS epidemic was not controlled in any way and that's not fair.
Now it's spread by anyone, granted, but gays saw the Kaposi sarcoma's in their communities in those early days and did nothing about their behavior. All races, communities and cultures have unpleasant aspects of their history they have to own. And gays have never owned the initial spread of AIDS and they should IMO.
Other than that, I have no issue with homosexuals and their contributions to bodybuilding in particular are undeniable.
