i find its important to reward oneself after gym accomplishments. it can be a new PR, or reaching a weight loss-goal etc
well thats assuming you have goals to begin with and i get the feeling most getbiggers dont.
but anyway i suggest you do reward yourself.

Because I made some PB in the gym I treated myself. Here was todays caloric intake.
5am: Protein shake with added fiber.
7am: Protein bar
11am: Can of Campbells Chicken soup with one cup of water and toast
1pm: Diet Sprite, mixed nuts, 3 pieces of turkey bacon
3pm: Orange Roughy fillet with lemon, one pickle.
5pm: TREAT!!!! Dairy Queen Reese Blizard...LARGE!!!! Boy was this outstanding!
7pm: One cup sugar free jello
9pm: Protein Shake with fiber
