Hard work and average genetics is all that is on display here, most people lack the dedication to get to this level.

Definitely not my experience, or my childhood/teenage friends.

We had stretch marks in HS in the 80's and no one was 'big' or on gear, we were actually very little guys. Just did bench & curls w/ sandweights.
 Stretch Marks not equal gear, from my experiences anyways.

i agree though, dude pretty big/shaped in the pic.

We didn't have sex-ed back then, swollen bellies

srs'ly though, as soon as we got a bench/weights and started benching/curling, we all got some chest/arm growth and stretch marks. I dont know how one can lift weights and not get them. i guess depends on the persons skin elasticity

One of the best pictures in bodybuilding. The arms, the pecs, the delts....definitely Schwarzenegger level.

With the tank top off he might look natural. It all depends how fat his torso is .
