Or are you just a fat guy that "lifts weights" sporadically?

-if you don't have visible abs you may not call yourself a bodybuilder

-if you can't squat a MINIMUM of 315 lbs for reps, you may not call yourself a bodybuilder.

-If you don't weigh your food, count calories, track your macros and prep your meals, you may not call yourself a bodybuilder.

You are just a random fat dude with a gym pass or two on your keychain impressing nobody except your 40% bodyfat girlfriend who's already fucking some other loser at her shitty job.

I train to be healthy and look like an action figure year round. Jacked and shredded 365.

Fasted cardio 6 days a week and weight training 6 sometimes 7 days a week.

I agree about the abdominals thing. The counting macros thing is just silly. Squats with 315, eh, yes and no. Some folks got bad knees. Doesn't mean they aren't a bodybuilder.

I proudly say I'm not a bodybuilder. I lift weighs 3 to 4 times a week. Lately for the past 3 weeks I have been doing cardio 5 days a week. I like to think of myself as an aging athlete.  I don't use a drop of drugs and not even testosterone replacement in my 60's.

You never claim to be a bodybuilder...ever.  People just know.  The mass, the conditioning, the tight clothing, the fanny pack, the gayness...it’s all evident and just simply having all the qualities commands the attention and respect.  No words needed.

I’m a power builder.I like to be big and thick and since I don’t juice if I was to be ripped I’d be around 180-190 at 6’2 so no thanks.I prefer some fat and water and to be 240 and be strong. Being lean looks cool and all but not for me.Weighing food is crazy unless competing,I eat what I want when I want and lift like a beast.

Weighed 247 today and did shoulder presses with 125s for 5 so I’ll take strong and big verse lean any day as a natty.

bodybuilder is a very loose term . it could be anyone trying to improve themselves by using resistance exercises. there are varying degrees of bodybuilding. i consider myself a gym bro.
