No. There has to be standards. Having visible abs, squatting 315 (minimum), and tracking calories and macros are the markers of a bodybuilder. Paper membership in a gym, "lifting weights" here and there and staring at bodybuilding forums do not make you guys bodybuilders.
               315 squat is shit i did that for 27 reps back in the 70's already . unless you mean kilos then we're talking.

315 pound/ 142 kilo's for reps is good for a natural.

Your war stories aside, 315 lbs represents the minimum a bodybuilder should be able to squat for reps. Obviously more is better, but 315 lbs is the line in the sand.

And your response is correct if you have guys who do lightweight shows because they are typically 160 are they any less a BB then a guy doing a show at 235...BB is about each muscle standing out on it own with shape with even symmetry ..

What i used to think a BBr was = trained hard/smart/dedicated 4-5x/wk for years and years, ate right, added muscle proportionately. Never gave up.
What I know it is now = speedo's, impossible drug body, zero-natural testosterone production, always claiming "Alpha" status regardless of being infertile & having no testicals.
