i am guessing .5 IU a day + maybe the hormone pellets they put under a girls skin in her bum - smart women

i know several women in their 40s in Scottsdale (cougar capital of the west) who run a little HGH and use the pellets. they all love how it makes them feel.

ladies are smart to get extra help

I’ve always figured Lopez has rotten breath.

The other day I read something where she says she doesn’t count her first marriages (she does her one to that emaciated goop Marc Anthony) because she was too young, etc. So I guess this is the new thing.

Just as you can wake on any given day and decide you’re now the opposite sex, a person who’s been previously married can “voila” away the failed union(s).

If you’ve divorced more than once, there’s something wrong with you.

Anyway, back to Lopez ...

They call them starter marriages, like a starter home. Many women do a similar thing with sex partners not counting their one night stands, vacation flings and men they've cheated with. Many men do the opposite counting women they wish they had sex with as partners.

I work out a gym and go to a yoga studio where there are many older ladies in their 40s who are on a low dose of hormones and look amazing. plus J-lo is dating A-rod who is known his for PED usage

i think J-LO is brillant to use the added help - why not?

I have no problems with it either, especially if it can improve quality of life as people age.

Was just wondering if there were any tell-tale signs.

its something I am around all the time. my personal trainer is known for womens NPC/IFBB figure chics. a few of the girls ive trained with are on them -

ive dated this demographic and around them all the time in Yoga class too.

gravity is a bitch/evil enemy for women in their late 30s to 50s so women are better off being a little "buff" then the other way around. and better off to use a little HGH or take the pellets.

the girls love the pellets -

I don't know why they choose the pellets under the skin - but they seem to use this method.

I’ve heard about this and it reminds me of a cow taking tren tabs in the ear. I don’t understand why not just do it with a needle, if they’re already shooting with hgh and Botox.

this type of girl gets botox, fake breasts etc etc - i would assume the doctor recommends the pellets since you dont need to come into the office 1-2x per week.

yoga is tuff.

first you have to do yoga class with all those impossivle positions.

then you have to have sex with all the women of the yoga class afterwards.

i dont know how taco does it

I can back my physique up -

yes it does involve hot yoga and feeders. a tight core and big biceps what really matter. then pepper in some solid quads and you have a nice X-frame
