English (but I wish mine was better), French (almost useless but French people in general just refuse to speak English) and Spanish (quite similar to Italian to be honest).
If you're in a commercial job you simply ought to speak English, the rest is bonus.
Even German is useless since German people speak English fluently
Career wise, it only makes sense to learn english (if it's not your first language, obviously).
Part of what I do has to do with the exportation business, and I'm in contact with several people from Europe and Asia on a daily basis. All of them speak english. It's the universal language.
That being said, a job is not the only good reason to learn a language. Let's say you're very interested on anime and videogames. Guess what language would give you access to tons of material not so easily available. Yep, japanese.
Although I use english on my job and I've benefited from being bilingual, the endless hours of entertainment (videogames, Youtube channels, etc.) I've got from it are priceless.
