Pretty poor showing from almost all candidates.
Tulsi Gabbard was the best on the first night and clearly has the best takes on foreign policy out of all US politicians since Ron Paul. However, she's seen as a maverick within her own party and isn't going to get their support because of this. Warren did OK too but is unhinged. Beto flopped so badly that I think his political career died there and then.
Age aside, I like Bernie on some issues and if he just embraced some degree of nationalism, he would be very difficult to beat. He's never going to do this unfortunately. His closing statement was good though.
Biden just resembles in old man trying to stay relevant.
The Democrats need to understand though that they aren't going to win 2020 if they are just going to fight over which one is the most "woke". Their own foolishness and stubbornness will likely cost them.
