Take your berries and soak them in a water/vinegar solution to wash off the pesticides.

Berries are one of the most heavily pesticide sprayed foods.

I ran a mile in 6 minutes 45 seconds a few years back, on my fourth run [once weekly for three weeks].

LiveStrong said I was in the top 1% for my age group [31 to 34, I think they wrote]. Not sure if that's accurate, but most people are so out of shape these days.

Can LiveStrong be trusted?

Organic fruits and veggies are more heavily treated with organic pesticides than non-organic types with non-organic pesticides.

Just because a pesticide is organic doesn't mean it is safe.

Did you cleanse your palette with some high fiber raspberries? literally the best source of fiber on earth. The soluble fiber would have soaked up the ammonia you were smelling and the rich antioxidants and polypheols would have made her sticky, terse labia pliable to the tongue.
