Jay was in a nearby town for a gym opening so I stopped by and said what's up. We talked training for a little while (Jay said he never went to failure and that Ronnie didnt either except for in his videos), and I asked him if he ever followed Getbig. He said he used to check it out, and asked if it was still a big forum, and if we were "still talking shit" haha. He said, "man you guys gave King Kamali a bunch of shit, but he set himself up for it." I was cracking up.

He posted as "Victorious Jay" in 2003. He lasted a couple of months.

I fear for his health.

Is his dad still around? He'd be about 92 now. He had Jay rather old. Jay may have been the youngest child.

Getbig has been online over 20 years not too surprised.

On the other hand you get some people that are wired up like they are on an overdose of caffeine. Jay's laid back attitude helped him be a champion. Dude was / is like a machine.

Goodmorrow,

I can tell you that Jay had incorporated some of the Alexxx training techniques to get him to the Olympia. I don't think he listened to all of it but he did do some.
