According to June Muscle & Fitness 1988 Rich Gaspari's diet was as follows:
7am: Weider Protein Shake
8am: Train
11am: Salmon Fillet/nuts/pickle
1pm: Flank Steak/carrots/multi grain muffin
3pm Train
7pm: Ribeye Steak/baked potato/supplements/3 full glasses of water
10pm: Supplements/Weider Protein Shake/light salad with thousand island dressing if hungry.
