She has that typical androgen lowered pitch voice. I went out with an ex-IFBB pro woman bodybuilder briefly- and her voice made me cringe. The sandpaper like skin and thinning hair didn't help. These women are mutants.

Whomever took that photo was a total amateur. Shadows on face, lighting was way off, dress did not complement the background in fact it gets lost. Too much contrast, noise reduction was not used, hair needs to be cleaned up, eyes need to be put through a high pass sharpen. Sensor shows spec of dust in one corner.
