High risk for stroke. I used to care for stroke patients and most of them were lying in bed in a drooling, blubbering mess. We had to diaper them and feed them and most couldn't even speak. Bodybuilders seem to think they can take steroids, look good and one day just fall over dead. No, often there's years of suffering before you die.

Jason might be gone permanently, or at least severely curtailed. His family forced him to privatize and make his channel unviewable after the trolls ( aka Piss Troopers ) went after his neer-do-well uncle and his business for being an asshole. There was police involvement supposedly, threats of forced hospitalization, etc....
