Come on guys, I know this is getbig and we're heartless pricks 99% of the time, but this is no joking matter.  I hope the girl is found alive and well.

With that said, I had no clue about Juans son dying back in 2003.  The police thought the baby had been shaken and only charged him with assault?  WTF! Did he even do any time for this?!?!

He got 6 years, and did 3 or 4 if I remember correctly. They plead it down to 2nd degree manslaughter because of remorse, uncooperative witnesses, and provable evidence one of the news reports that was found years ago mentioned.
