Alleged rape/sexual encounter takes place.

Girl goes back down to the lobby and tells the photographer what took place and then calls the husband. They go to the police station where a rape kit is used. They obtain DNA and find Vaginal lacerations.

Rhoden ends up being questioned by the police. He tells the promoter who booked him for the guest posing that he has cracked feet and can't do the guest pose spot.

10 months later there is a DNA match..
