$400 is about the going rate for prep coach's in the lower ranks (non-pros) but if you're not communicating with your clients (at any level) at least 2-4x's per week with 1-2 of those days on a face to face via Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc any amount of money is too much. If he's only communicating with his clients once per month, that client is getting taken for a ride.

There's more to being a coach than just writing programs and making adjustments...that's not coaching.

I’ve been doing prep for a long time even when I had my facility but even more now since we don’t have it. Had a client turn pro a few weeks ago at the Universe and have two more at the Masters Nationals this weekend

As an aside,I`ve trained tons of clients and 3 or 4 competitive bodybuilders who placed quite well or won,but I wouldn`t hire a trainer.

Im a fan of Bonac and Neil, by there videos in the past you would think Neil and him were legit friends. Bonac should go to Acceto.
