This seems like the likely scenario.  Needed "coach" for the drug hookup, paid what was necessary, made it big and has new options now.

Neither is Bonac paying Neils wages. They share prize money. One gets 80% and one gets 20%. Neil also pointed out that the cut he takes is completely tax deductible for Bonac, so if he wasn't taking it the tax man would.

Bonac seemed more upset that Neil was living better than him for doing very little. Fair argument, but how is that Neils fault?
