When will Germans learn? World War I, World War II and now we have Merkel ruining Europe. Have you been to Rome recently? Not the same place it was 20 years ago. How about London? Is it safe to walk the streets in many neighborhoods in France? She should be in prison for treason to the German people.

Areas in London turned to shit (I was in London back in the 80s)

Areas in Paris turned to shit (Was in Paris in the early and late 90s)

Was planning to visit Germany (explore the cities and not just land there and wait for the next flight) back in the 90s but i never got to it, now i would never set my foot there.

I might set a hand there but never a foot. I have no desire to visit Europe. I will stay in the states. The US is so huge and varied you can spend a lot of time here visiting interesting places if you avoid the tourist traps.

I was in Berlin in March. The immigrant issue is noticeable. Over the past 10 years I have gone on biz to Deutschland 4x a year. Merkel has definitely screwed it up.

I've lived in London for over 30 years and most of the biggest shitholes became gentrified to the point where they are now some of the most sort after places to live.

Why do people find it hard to understand though. The reasons migrants are let into most major European cities/countries in because the native population just won't do the shitty jobs for shitty pay and live in shitty homes. Without people doing those jobs most cities would grind to a halt.

Nope I'm saying the shitholes like brick lane, notting hill, hackney etc. Places once called smack city, crack city, murder mile are now much sort after places to live.

Other areas that were shit 30 years ago are still shit (maybe shitter). Very few places in London specifically turned to shit in the last 30 years.

Also there was no massive influx. They had like 5 kids per family, they grew up so it's more noticeable now.
