Arimidex .5mgs 2x a week if you have to bump it up 3x a week

50mg a day for 4-5 weeks to kick start your cycle.
Start first day of injection.
Slpit dosage through out the day if needed because Dbol life span is 4 hours.

Nolvedex 40mg for 2 weeks
And then 20 mg for 2 weeks
Every single day.
Recommend doing it before bed that’s when estrogen is high

I like your test protocol and arimidex protocol.

I would not do dbol or anavar for your first cycle.  Test is more than enough.

I like clomid at 50mg's daily for 4 weeks for you pct.  Still wait two weeks past last injection before starting.

Would be nice to see before and after bloods on your cycle. Good to know whats going on inside. Abe is right on the orals, if 1st cycle, that test dose is huge.
Would be good to add orals to 2nd cycle. But, either way, good luck and keep it safe w/ support supps...
