I can see the counter argument, but when the final tally is made, it is obvious the IFBB/Olympia bosses couldn’t allow him to compete.

Can you imagine? Guy wins and soon after is convicted of sexual assault.

His lawyer is probably salivating at the thought of a lawsuit for keeping him out of the O. Plenty of ways to file suit on this since he's not been found guilty.

I would imagine his lawyers would be both pressuring the contest promoters with potential litigation for commercial loss whilst also trying to have the accuser withdraw the accusation, most likely with some sort of out of court settlement.  Bit of a conflict of interest an admission of somewhat guilt on one side whist looking to litigate on the position you are innocent of the charges against you and its illegal for you to be forced to step down and where you have to you should be compensated to an amount inline with what your last years earnings totalled and some consideration for damages, this could really ramp up where he's found innocent. Only trouble is his lawyer will get most of it.

What are the legal parameters surrounding a private organizations ability to fire someone?
