That’s not the way it works in the real world and no business is going to risk their livelihood for the sake of “innocent until proven guilty.” Any business is bigger than one individual.
I know I wouldn’t if I owned a business and one of my employees was convicted of rape.
SF, he wasnt convicted yet (as you of course know), accused of course, but I see your (and their) point. Lose / Lose situation. If he competes now (innocent until proven guilty) it still looks bad for the Mr. O and AMI.

If he's found innocent, maybe they'll have him back.
If he wins the Mr. O now (if they let him compete) and all sorts of crazy/guilty shit comes out later and he's convicted, its lose/lose also (even more so) and they'll (AMI/IFBB) be slaughtered.
Companies can do what they want. Look at NFL and other sports, when guys get arrested for Dom-Vio, they get suspended, and eventually (most) come back to the league.
