When you jump as high as you can, how do you land? Seems like this exercise might be hard on internal organs and back.
Pullups with knees parallel to gground, dumbell squats, jumping as high as you can for reps , standing barbell military pressNote that these are all standing exercises wich require more effort
Still holding size!
With you on the jumps, Johnny. Just add an Around the World crosses on the rings - iron to maltese to inverted to victorian - you'll be all set.I can't do any of these but if you can then you're definitely all set.
The falcon will rise again
no its perfectly natural. Yes its jolting but your core muscles become one giant shock absorber this creates dense bones faster, uses up calories faster. If you do as many as you can in 8 minutes youll be very winded. Just quit when u reach peak fatigue then move onto pushups
Focus is off.
Is that Prime? Seems like a good guy, even if a liberal. : )
Yes that’s Prime/Prudence. He’s a creeper.
Took my girlfriend to see the new Lion King movie just to cuddle and have fun and the fucking Lion King gets adopted by some weaker animals and taken to a garden where they teach him to be Vegan and eat insects and plants instead of that evil meat. Shits just gone too far.
Aren't insects meat? I believe lobster is in the insect family.
Yeah I wasn't sure on that one. Think its called a crustacean.
My comment was about insects and lobsters was a pretty liberal assessment. They do have similar characteristics though. Lobsters, like insects, belong to the invertebrate phylum Arthropoda. Besides lobsters and insects, spiders and snails belong to this group as well. I've eaten lobster and snail, but not spiders and hopefully no other bugs.
Haven't been a creeper since I was an infant. That photo is at least 4 years old. The kitchen looks entirely different now. Where I was sitting is now a walk in pantry.
