You gotta admit that it would be worth the laughs if they did put her in Top Gun sequel as Maverick’s horribly aged wife, bitching and moaning at him to take out the garbage while she plays Candy Crush in bed, eating a hot pocket.

I respect that type of honesty. Too many old bags that used their looks and beauty for fame and wealth start complaining that Hollywood is sexist when they won't cast them anymore instead of acknowledging they look like shit. Would be a cool plot twist if Maverick, as Cruise still looks stellar with the Scientology blood baths, was fucking all the young female cadets right in front of Mcgilllis who was an elderly instructor.

I agree with you about appreciating Kelly McGilllis' forthrightness. I think she likely has a healthy attitude about herself and life.
