His forehead is fine, its the middle and lower parts of his face that are small, recessed and downward grown.Its like when men get nosejobs, its so rarely the problem, its usually their lower 3rd is downward grown and recessed, making their nose seem big.Notice how gandys nose suits him because his jaw grew out and forward,same with his maxilla (middle face), orbitals and brow ridge.

He's very narrow, doesn't look like he's using steroids, except for his pecs which look out of proportion to the rest of his body.
