You can tell as a natural he has a thick frame with large quads.

All diet and training consistently.

i did this last oct 2018 in NYC - and it was a never forget experience.  some angry russian made me take a cold shower, then back to a hot sauna, back to the cold bath, then he hit me oak leaves.  it a loop of this 3 times.

it was a total mindfuck - i was on edibles and no one knew where i was. i was paranoid freaking out  :o :o the sauna was freakin so hot

place was in lower Manhattan - i loved it and hated it.  ;D
