Hi, Scott. I just go back from the beach? Can you believe how awesome is to be able to walk 2 blocks by myself, without a 3 wheel or that old set of crutches, catch some sun and jump into water?
I know you resents, but... thats life, crippa. Have a nice day, Pops
Good for you! I can recall being able to walk unassisted, so I have that going for me...Which is nice. You have to realize that I am grateful for what I have. It does no good to be resentful, even towards a whole ass such as yourself. Your pathetic attempts to belittle my incredibly biting repartee are...well...pathetic!
I cannot swim. I can however sink with style. To know what it is to be humbled by the suffering of another is to have witnessed as I did a young woman without any arms or legs next to you in PT. Humbling? Yes. But more than that she was inspiring and not just to me, but to anyone and everyone that met her.
Another I met in PT was a man with no arms but just the stub of a hand at each shoulder and short stubs for legs. He drove an electric wheelchair via at extension of the control toggle to one of his hands. One day they fitted him with some artificial legs. He learned to walk and he later told me because of what the young woman had done to inspire him, he would never walk alone.
Unlike your stroll to the beach, eh? No man dies alone who has a lifetime of memories helping others. I think you will be very much alone.
