While I agree with you that the problems are caused by class differences - those differences exist because different races have different IQs.

Mark my words - average racial disparities in violence, GDP per-capita, etc, will never change because of racial disparities in IQ, which are roughly 50-80% genetic.

All social programs attempting to fix this will fail.
