Thanks y'all!
damn, tay's ended up with one of the best physiques on getbig.
you need to explain wtf your doing different bro
I thought hiv makes you look like tom hanks in philladelphia
I always knew if I got back into the time off would have created a ton of built up sensitivity, etc, plus muscle memory, to result in some dramatic changes.
Other than that, I am eating and training a lot smarter than I used to.
Back in the day I would basically train fasted in the morning to burn off the fat I would store each night while binge eating, lol. Now I keep my night time eating in check, and i make sure to saturate my bloodstream with carbs and aminos before/during/after my workout.
I'm also focusing on progressive overload while keeping total sets limited to 10-12 for bigger body parts (4-6 for smaller body parts) and doing active recovery and preventative rehab work throughout the week to prevent injuries and help faciltiate recovery so that I am stronger and healthy every time I am in the gym.
