anyone watch this series?

started off really well, a lot of suspense and drama S1-3 then went down the shite

S5 and s6 (final) were crap

Season One is some of the best television that's ever been made. Season Two keeps that up for pretty much the whole run. Forget the rest of them - especially the most recent one, which was complete shit.

First couple seasons are great.  After that it went downhill pretty fast.

I liked Jenny Gump's character and thought I'd enjoy the final season with her as the lead, but ended up losing interest pretty fast and not finishing it.

I liked the series in general. Some of the story lines got a bit corny and over the top where they really didn't have to. Still worth watching. Even the last season was a solid a-ok. The thing that ruined the series for me was the husband then wife becoming president. I just didn't like that aspect.
