Any special training program ?

For the last 7 years ive been going to the gym by my head, doing excerise which i feel like i respond best to. Im bored of doing it and wanna follow some program. Any routine you recommend?

Monday - Calves for 15 minutes then Squat for 2 hours
Wednesday - Bench press for 1 hour and Standing press for 1 hour
Friday - Calves for 15 minutes then Barbell row for 2 hours
Sat & Sun - Rest
