It seems that eventually a pro loses arm size and their calves.

I think he needs increase calories and fill out, do something about the lower stomach.

The contest is his to lose, like I keep saying, its his going away present.

Im a huge fan of dexter but that lower stomach needs to tighten up. That being said, while he is losing some aesthetics from the front, his back shots remain the most underrated poses in the IFBB. Just insanely well proportioned, well developed, well conditioned, aesthetic muscle and perfect frame on those back shots.

Pretty safe to say it would be a good move to retire if you could pull off a Mr. O win 10 years apart from another one. Legendary storyline.
