Guy still looks great/athletic at over 50 now. Hasn't developed that stomach that others do and has kept the small waist. 163 to 166lbs in these pictures. Lost some muscle over the years (some due to bouts with depression) but still highly impressive.

Looks good though.

51 in both. Left is dieting at 163. Right is after a short diet break of a few weeks so they are a couple weeks apart.

Definitely impressed with his ability to keep the waist trim at his age. Testament to never trying to put on a ton of weight. It seems like oftentimes those guys that get bigger (while still lean) as they age keep a blockier waist.

I've never understood why people want to smoke cannabis before going to the gym but I've known a few people over the years who did it

The last thing I want to do after a few tokes is go to the gym

That's because it's hard to weigh a lean 160 lbs. at his height and especially as you get older.

I had a buddy in college that would take a few bong hits before going to the gym in the morning. I tried it a few times and besides being paranoid of feeling like weed going into the gym, I noticed less intensity in my lifts.
