Are there any links to this script?

I've heard it's a different Matrix universe with some of the same actors.  Also, I've read that it's sort of a prequel.

The wachowski Bros managed to make an all time great movie in matrix 1, but then never even got close to that level again, it doesn't bode well for matrix 4.... But you never know

Matrix 1 would be in my top ten movies all time.

It would be top twenty or twenty-five for me.

The problem is that the first one tells us everything we need to know.

We don't need to actually see the revolt.

The second and third we just cash grabs.

And the amount of CGI nonsense became unbearable.

I believe it was supposed to just be two movies. Part one and part two but Hollywood made them bloat the scripts to get two more lives.  It’s why that fight scene on the freeway and big rigs lasted like 30 minutes. They had no story to tell.

For me, the biggest disappointment was that we, humanity, did not win.

It was also as if taking the red pill was a lie because you were still in the Matrix, but unaware.  How else was Neo able to control the machines "outside" the Matrix? 

Just a movie, I know.  But still, I want "us" to win.  As near as I can tell, "we" didn't.
