Me?  I'm neither proud nor ashamed of being white.  I can't be proud in something to which I was born; one takes pride in personal achievement, not something grandfathered in by birth.

At the same time, when someone tells me I should feel bad because my ancestors did this or that (which, by the way, is an inherently racist assumption:  not all white Americans owned slaves (though mine did)), *I* didn't enslave a single soul.  Reparations?  LOL.  If someone wants to put a dollar value on being a fucking *slave*, I say that person is a git.

You are very likely to follow since you can not let go of the needle at your age. It’s not funny and I’m serious. There comes a time when one should slowly say goodbye to mass and focus on health. I see 45-50 year old dudes in my gym all swollen and red like lobsters in the face from high blood preasure and tanning. They all look 70 in the face chasing mass and “youth”.
