You can't turn a sow's ear into a silk purse.

You can if there is a real problem with BONE, there are some real artists out there, but the procedures are insanely invasive, Im talking peeling your facial skin back, cutting your upper or lower jaw in half, leads to results like this.Cowell never had any deformities, he is essentially trying to get back skin quality and texture that is long gone.

I don't blame him for getting surgery. Getting old sucks and if you have the money to improve your appearance, then why not?
Unfortunately for him, this isn't an improvement.

The problem is the body will heal in unexpected ways. All the mega-stars have the best plastic surgeons in the world, don't think they don't. But that's the risk these idiots take by having these procedures done to stay young, fit and healthy and they know this. Look at people that get liposuction and they have weird spots or dents when the fat and fluid comes back. It's not the surgeons fault, it's how their clients bodies respond to everything; nip, tuck, break, etc.. Also blame it on the celebrities friends/entourage/clients who'll say they "look wonderful" no matter what so they don't lose their job or association. This is all commonplace in Hollyweird, everything is fake and full of lies.

Blood work is another BIG procedure. Ever ask yourself why the Rock, Tom Cruise, etc. always look young despite taking boatloads of drugs (and they ALL do)? How does Keith Richards and Mick Jagger live on and on despite all the excess? It's because they get new "young" blood filtered into them every month and their old toxic blood filtered out. Expensive procedure but very common among the rich and elite and works wonders.

Believe me, I know.

You cant turn back the aging process on skin, which is essentially what they are trying to do.Slight nips and tucks like say jennifer anniston will look good and stave off a couple of years of aging but soon the loss of collagen, fat and muscle on the face will win out. Also its way easier on women since they can have the facial skin pulled back, then hide the texture and quality of the skin with pounds of makeup.Think sofia loren, raquel welch or joan collins in the morning with no makeup.

Yup. It's always the skin. And the elite are desperate to rectify this problem.

What do you think they do with dead baby bodies, their foreskin, etc.? They make creams out of them that will help slow the ageing process to the skin.

Nothing is off limits to keep their youth.

Morbid stuff.

This article makes light of it, but it goes a lot deeper than just foreskin.

My grandma lived until 97 and had all of her real teeth, minus a back tooth.

Until the day she died, she kept on flossing. When I would visit her, she would send me out to buy like 10 dispensers of floss.

So... ...you're saying I can have her teeth..?

I think you would need a lot more than that.My grandmother on my fathers side had this done 25 years ago and it was around 75k and they say now it’s around 5k a tooth.

Sheesh!  $2.3k a tooth - what did they use - endangered ivory?!?!?   ;D

In the US I think things are a bit more pricey - research shows exactly what you say, but remember I'm UK based, so we're looking at £650-1000 a tooth here depending on size, so 16 small plus 16 big = £26400

There's probably premium options available, but I'd prefer it to be more natural and not 'celebrity-white'

Just another proof that no amount of money can compensate for mentall illness. What he did is a feminine energy, real men accept the things they can not fix and move on with dignity

Real men are aware that many things can now be fixed. Some of them take advantage of this and others don't.

I wonder if he didnt have surgery on his vocal chords to lower the pitch as well

"Most of the voice change begins around puberty. Adult pitch is reached 2–3 years later but the voice does not stabilize until the early years of adulthood. ... It causes the voice to drop and deepen. Along with the larynx, the vocal folds (vocal cords) grow significantly longer and thicker."

https://en.m.wikipedia.org › wiki › Voice_change

"Deep voices are correlated with high testosterone levels indeed and yes they are a signal of high testosterone count in the body. The vocal cord gets stretched by testosterone, and this leads to voice deepening during puberty. ... Men with deeper voices tend to have more sperm count." (yeah, right.  ::) )

Fat does not come back. New fat is formed. "It is important to note that liposuction does indeed permanently remove fat cells from the body. Fat will not return (and ideal results will remain intact) if the patient maintains their "post-lipo weight." For example, if a patient weighed 130 pounds prior liposuction and had a total of 6 pounds removed through the procedure, fat will stay away if the patient maintains their weight at or below 124 pounds."

An alien species would find it odd you ask that but are infatuated with bodies and money. Its very simple, I love the psychology behind things and what face you are born with has the biggest effect on your life, sad but true.Facial Aesthetics will be the next booming industry, like working out has been from 2005 or so to today, social media is fueling the competitiveness.

That’s a good answer man.  You don’t need to justify by recognizing two of my interests though.

Had another question.  Were you born with something irregular with regards to your facial structure? What causes this kind of interest?

Agreed.

Dude looks like a buffoon.

Did his eyes and skin really look that bad before that he had to stretch it like this?

Not that I remember.

It has been a long time since American Idol though.

I used to watch all the crazy auditions.

Once they cut it down to those who actually made it, I switched off until next season.
