In 2019, one would think technology/medical advancements would be better.

Those good pics mean little to me. As if a surgeon is going to post up the worst ones.

Most people end up like cowell. Not a disaster but something is just not right. Like they're a cousin of the Adams family. Ba da ba dump. Snap snap.

When I was in my late twenties, I had a Teflon chin implant. It made a big improvement in my appearance. It was an amazingly simple procedure. One can also have their lower jaw bone re-positioned to better align with the upper jaw. This is a more painful and involved procedure.
