I'm getting back into guitar playing again - practiced for around 2 hours. Played my way through a selection from Show No Mercy to Divine Intervention which reminded me of "the good old days".

The right hand stamina is slowly coming back, but it will be along time until I'll be clocking on the 200 bpm train. I also ordered a B.C. Rich Warlock from the early 90ies because the Ironbird is shot and the custom made one is out of my reach at the moment(~3500€).

I'm also finishing work on a long overdue "record" - gaudy tongue in cheek metal-bullshit that I have come up with over the years.

Took a monstrous shit before work.  Overflowed my toilet.  Had to clean and sanitize my entire bathroom.  Almost late for work.  Double time today.  Would have hated to fuck that up.

Went to work and no skip there bastard skip company forgot to apply for permit, went to see if trellis i had to order in has arrived at builders merchants so I can finish another job and get paid for it and that fucker hasn’t arrived either despite waiting over a week. So said fuck this work nonsense and came home and trained delts and upper back, now lying on cooch with sandwiches crisps and a bottle of pop

went to Carl's Jr for dinner. Had a few double cheeseburgers. Loud crying children go into the restaurant just as I'm about to finish my meal. Thank god I could eat without that noise.
