And guess what, I still haven't been able to get that fucker to boot. It is time for the trash can, I think. Fortuantely, all my wife did was look at Food Network recipes and play games. There's nothing sensitive on it. However, these kinds of things challenge me. I'd feel a sense of accomplishment if I could get it to boot at least one time.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Love your misery  ;D

Spent the last 2 hours trying to boot a Surface Pro with no success.

Google how to do it. You have to ask the right question. Eg, Surface Pro won't boot.  Also try YouTube. Can find out how to do most things that way.

Lifted weights and got a hair cut from a hot Portuguese girl. Okay I lied. She cut all my hairs on my head.

had some persimmon fruits in the fridge that were getting a bit soggy. Put them in the blender with some frozen fruit. Excellent smoothie. I hate throwing out food, if I can avoid it.

Woke up 1 hour, drinking coffee, watching a zombie movie, and doing some paperwork.

Had music playing and since I was alone I started dancing. Thought my wife was at the super market. There she was with a big grin looking at me from the upper floor landing taking a video of me. I screamed I had a spider down my back and pretended I was gyrating trying to get it out. Just a typical day at my house. It ain't easy being me.

About a third of way though large 330m2 driveway

These blocks are sharp as fuck and wear small pinholes into your fingers, doesn't look like much but they sting once done for the day

Side laterals 4x10
Front raises w/ rubber expander thing (50 reps)

5/3/1 - Squat sets (this week is 3x5 with each set heavier).

Block layers hands are tougher than gloves if you do it every day. Masonry work is no joke.

Are those leather gloves? Laying pavers is your bread and butter. If you tear up your hands, you'll probably lose time from work. If the gloves don't last a day, buy several pair.

To be fair mate I've never had a problem with my hands in 20 years of never using gloves it’s these bastard blocks first time we used them and they are too big to span hand across like with regular 200mm x 100mm blocks so have to hold it by the side, hoping to quickly develop a callous in the area as got another 200 m2 or so to lay on this job

I bought over 15,000 incandescent light bulbs at an electrical auction. Mix of standards, candle, small round, spots, and silvered.

They are unavailable retail in Australia since 2008 and illegal to import. I like the old timey character, which will suit my house, and now I own a lifetime supply, in spite of the Australian government's best efforts. Paid about $.05 per bulb.

Yes. There will always be those who fight against change, regardless of whether it is good or not. Almost every electrical fixture in my house is currently using LED bulbs. The light soft white LED bulbs are unintelligible from that which incandescent bulbs emit. I do have a few decorative Edison bulbs which have not burned out yet. When they do, I'll probably replace them with LED equivalents.

Yes. There will always be those who cannot differentiate a  spiked wavelength light with janky color rendering from a full spectrum blackbody emitter which remains the standard for light color description even after its discontinuation. Spectrum slide when dimming as an inherent physical characteristic of a glowing filament is poorly mimicked by thumpy pulse width modulation and convoluted electronics, creating, again, a split spectrum illuminator. They will then insist that because they cannot distinguish a difference, anyone who claims to be able to is a planet hating luddite, best trampled by the march of progress.

When I find a screaming deal on solar panels I'll be generating my own juice. Have a 20kw battery bank. Thermal R value is off the charts. I grow heirloom veggies and compost. My Gretapower is >9000. Will it be ok to use these bulbs? Please advise what conditions I need to meet in order to be permitted a personal preference in this brave new world, if such latitude hasn't been disallowed outright by the We Know What's Good For You brigade.

Gilles Marini was appearing in Days of Our Lives in 2018 - 2019 (not that I've ever watched it). He was also a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. Danny Trejo is my age. Maybe I should order one of your shirts too.  :)

Connections help. I was introduced to Gilles about 9 years ago when Kongo brought him in to train with us for a fight, he’s actually Kongo’s best friend. I met Danny though Gilles when we were at his house a couple of Christmas’ ago. Gilles is one of Kongo’s sparring partners when he gets ready for a fight.
