I know politically incorrect but cocaine if used responsibly has a ton of benefits for training in that it does not just create energy, it enhances pain tolerance, euphoria and even has beneficial metabolic properties. Its a plant that's been used for thousands of years. But if you are worried about addiction don't do it. But if worried about addiction you probably don't have the discipline for 10 meals a day and obsessive dedication to physique development anyway. Pre workouts and all that shit are great, but have a list of chemical ingredients WAAAAYYY too long to research and know what is good for your body, from colorings to preservatives and shit you can't pronounce.
