Feeling better than ever. In great cardiovascular shape, fast regularly, live stress free, eat healthy and most importantly, follow Gods Laws. 40 years old hasn't changed anything yet. Well, maybe my hairline and some grey but other than that, superior Hebrew Genetics.

May you Japhites and sleeping Hebrews have a wonderful today.

Yes if course that's me, I just have hair and a beard. Come on man, beards dont equal bombs. I'm more functional training now. No hate on bodybuilding, it will always be my love by I need to be mobile, lose and agile as I'm a massage therapist and PT.
