My cycle has evolved some because I dont like half stepping and I planned poorly to begin with.... here's the final though.. Im on week seven and have gained 13 lbs so far...

wk 1-12  600mg test-e
             300mg deca

wk 12-16 100mg test prop eod

PCT... 3 days after last test prop inject

wk 1-3 500iu hcg every 5 days
wk 1-2 60 mcg clenbuterol ed
wk 3-6 50 mg clomid ed
wk 3-6 25mg nolvadex ed

Well, it's not how I'd do it, but I've seen and heard of a lot worse.

I'd run the HCG dose higher at around at least 1000iu ed for 10-12 days.
I'd run the clomid at 100mg ed the 1st wk and then 50mg ed the 2nd two wks.
I'd start the nolva at around 40-50mg ed and tapper down 10mg a wk until PCT was over.

For your prop, I'd make sure the first two wks to get 600mg wk, and then if you want to begin tapering the dose back you can...but if it was my cycle I'd run 600mgwk the entire time of prop use. I'd also wait until wk 13 to start prop.

Is that better?

Nice post arnie. 

Bigjohn seemed confuse about recommendations for hcg use.  The dosage of 500iu every 5 days is meant for use throughout the entire cycle, not just at the end.  The dose would need to be alot higher if used at the backend of a cycle.  This backend use (backass use?) of hcg doesn't make sense to me.  It's like saying: "Instead of keeping my nuts alive throughout my cycle, I'll just let 'em die and see what I can salvage at the end..."

Does that make any sense to you?

PCT advice- 1500iu every 4 days for 2 weeks, a total of 5 shots is plenty! And run the nolva from day one of PCT for 5 weeks.  Shit can the Clomid.  Also ramping up the clen is not a bad idea.  I find the ramp up is great for the first 2 week stint.  After that you will want to start a higher amount.

Also extend the enanthate to 14 weeks and only run the prop for the last 2 weeks.

Not bad.

Drop the Clomid because Nolvadex does the same thing.

You might want to think about using Aromasin with your PCT.
