It's just funny, that Ron never achknowleges the personal attacks, yet, when I make a claim, he quickly gets on to say I'm wrong. So if I am to prove my credentials, then everyone needs to prove their claims.

Plain and simple it's his site, why come on here and disrespect him? The only time Ron reveals who someone is, is when they violate the board rules like the one cat did posting 240s info all over the place. I've skimmed through a few threads and like others have mentioned - just do you thing. Threatening to beat the crap out of people on a message board is not the character of a "professional" competitor. Ron is a stand up guy and I think you owe him an apology.

It might seem that way mwbbuilder but that is an incorrect assessment of the situation.

His physique will be critiqued, that is true, but how he reacts to the criticism (and trolling) is the measure of how he will be treated.  This has always been the way here.  Those who let their emotions get the better of them and answer back end up being harried continuously and no mistake.

There are plenty of people here with lesser physiques who act like champions in the face of stupidity and they are well liked.  Arvilla is a classic example.  He has won most people over with the way he's handled himself.  Shit, he started off as a complete joke and an endless thread full of hate but he's done well.

A good (opposite) example of this is Bob Chic.  Many of you will not be aware that for years Chick has posted on this board and people have thought he was a level headed guy.  Low and behold as soon as he started firing back the trouble started. 

Personally I hate explaining this type of stuff because it wreaks of someone romanticising like they do about the "mayhem dogg pound" or whatever but I'm afraid Adonis of all people had it right when he wrote 'I LAUGH AT MY ENEMIES' under his avatar.

I spoke with Ron and we have fiqured it all out, as usuall, he was a gentleman to me, aas you are as well Issac. You are right, getting mad and beating people's asses is not professional...But, I will tell you this, when someone makes slanderous comments concerning the intergrity of another, that is no longer opionion,, and therefore I have a legal right to know who that person is, if I wanted to push the issue, I have a right to know.

calling me a bad bodybuilder is one thing, calling in question my ethics and intergrity is a whole nother ballgame, not one that is good for anyone to get into. I have never made one malicious statement at anyone, only in retaliation, and even then have never called anyone's integrity in question.

From this point on, if someone is going to call into question my intergrity, and publicly make defaming comments about me, I will want to know who they are, and I have a legal right to know as well.
